Order Processing

  • RT01 is currently in Pre‑Sale. All orders will begin shipping in August 2025, in the order they were placed.
  • Once you place your order, we’ll schedule production and quality checks as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Estimated Delivery

  • After shipment, most orders arrive within 10–20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Actual transit times vary by destination country/region and local customs clearance.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Every order includes full tracking.
  • Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email—please keep an eye on your inbox.
  • Some orders may ship directly from third‑party logistics partners; these will also include tracking information.

Tracking Issues

  • If your tracking number shows no updates or you experience delivery problems, please first contact the carrier directly.
  • Tracking information can take 1–4 business days to appear in the system.
  • In rare cases, tracking may not update promptly, but your package should still arrive on schedule.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It’s the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees and delays.
  • Because we process and ship orders quickly, there is very little time to cancel or change your address. If you need to cancel or update your address, please contact us immediately at rt01@evolveleap.com . We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee success.

Notes

  • Customs & Duties: Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country.
  • Pre‑Sale Delays: In the event of force majeure (e.g., supply chain disruptions or natural disasters) that delay shipping, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline.
